Online Banking Notice

We are aware of an issue affecting the display of certain transactions in Online Banking. At this time, some debit, loan, and scheduled deposits may not be reflecting correctly. The affected transactions include:

  1. Posted transactions displaying as pending. Please be assured that your available balance is correct and is not being impacted. Pending transactions may take up to three calendar days to process, after which your available balance will update correctly. However, some posted transactions may continue to appear as pending.
  2. Incoming payroll and other deposits not appearing. Incoming payroll and deposits will be delivered as scheduled if no changes have been made.
  3. Minimum loan payments showing as $0. The minimum payment is still due. If you do not know your minimum payment amount, please contact us through secure message or call us at (213) 821-7100.
  4. Scheduled auto payments showing as $0. AutoPay will still process as scheduled if no changes have been made.
