Inform us of your travel plans by using the Travel Notification feature in online or mobile banking. If your card becomes blocked while traveling, please give our Fraud Center a call at (888) 241-2440. If you’re traveling outside the US, call (909) 941-1034.
Contact us immediately at (213) 821-7100 to report the card(s) as missing so we can place a hold. Request a new one through email, phone, or by visiting one of our branches.
If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your account, contact us or visit a USC Credit Union branch immediately so we can investigate.
